Our standard check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM; our communal spaces are always available if you arrive earlier.
Can I use the hotel facilities before my room is ready?
Absolutely, our communal areas are always open, so feel free to relax, have a coffee, or head out while we prepare your room.
Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our rooms and lobby are both fully wheelchair accessible.
Is smoking permitted in the rooms?
Smoking is allowed only in our designated smoking area; cannabis is strictly prohibited across our entire property.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount at our hotel.
What is the no-show policy at The Meriton?
In the event of a no-show, our hotel applies a 100% retention charge on the total booking amount, with no refund issued.
Will I get a refund if I cancel my reservation?
Yes, our hotel offers a full refund of the deposit if the reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date; no refund is applicable for later cancellations.
Does the cancellation policy apply even for flight cancellations?
Yes, in the event of flight cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances, our standard cancellation policy applies, and a 100% retention charge will be levied.
